Shankhnaad AI is an AI-powered voice and chat assistant focused on Krishna Consciousness inspired guidance. The service may include live sessions, stored transcripts, subscriptions, and related user tools.

3. User accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials securely.
  • Registration details must be accurate and reasonably current.
  • Users must be at least 13 years old.

4. Plans and payments

  • Free plan users receive limited daily tokens.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in INR through PhonePe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • Pricing can change with advance notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Users may cancel subscriptions. Paid access remains available until the current billing period ends. Refund eligibility is governed by the cancellation and refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access or service disruption.
  • Do not abuse automation, scraping, or credential sharing.

7. Intellectual property

The service, branding, interface, and related materials remain the property of Shankhnaad AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimers

AI-generated responses are for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only and do not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for term violations. Users can request permanent deletion through the delete-account page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Users should contact support first to resolve disputes in good faith.

These terms may be revised over time. Continued use after a revision means the updated version applies.
