By accessing or using Shankhnaad AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Shankhnaad AI is an AI-powered voice assistant that provides spiritual wisdom and guidance inspired by Krishna Consciousness teachings. The Service includes voice conversations, text chat, and related features available through our web platform.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Free plan users receive a limited number of daily credits.
  • Paid plans (Go, Premium) are billed monthly through PhonePe payment gateway.
  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Shankhnaad AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer

The AI-generated content provided through Shankhnaad AI is for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only. It should not be considered as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shankhnaad AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and any remaining subscription benefits will be forfeited.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably through our Support page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
