4. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through PhonePe payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, or any other sensitive payment instrument details on our servers. PhonePe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We only store transaction references (order IDs and payment IDs) for record-keeping.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase as our backend provider, which employs enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Transaction records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including:

  • PhonePe – Payment processing
  • Supabase – Database and authentication
  • LiveKit – Voice communication infrastructure
  • Vercel – Hosting and deployment

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 for Indian residents), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
