Payments are processed through PhonePe. We do not store full card or UPI instrument details on our own servers. We retain payment references needed for reconciliation, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.

Platform data is stored using Supabase and related infrastructure providers. We use encryption in transit and rely on provider security controls together with application safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk.

7. Service providers

We may share data with core infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service, including Supabase, LiveKit, PhonePe, and hosting providers such as Vercel.
