At Shankhnaad AI, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription or request a refund for payments made through our platform. All payments are processed securely via PhonePe payment gateway.
2. Subscription Plans
Shankhnaad AI offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan – Limited daily credits at no cost.
- Shankhnaad Go – ₹2,500/month with 500 conversations.
- Shankhnaad Premium – ₹5,999/month with unlimited conversations.
All paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile settings.
- Upon cancellation, your paid plan benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To request a refund, please contact us through our Support page or Contact page.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase within 5–7 business days.
- Partial refunds may be issued for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Abuse or misuse of the platform or its services.
- Account termination due to policy violations.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Visit our Support page and select the “Billing & Payments” category.
- Provide your registered email address and order ID.
- Describe the reason for your refund request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed via PhonePe to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
- Upon refund, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately.

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
